Shipping policy

***Attention to all our international customers: please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be applied to your order.

Shipping Time

I am working diligently to fulfill your order, and I am strive to have it processed and sent out within two weeks or sooner. However, in rare cases, it may take up to three weeks, especially if it is a big order with a lot of clay elements to it. Once your order is shipped, USPS will deliver it within 2-7 business days if you are located within the EU. If you are an international customer, the delivery time may vary, but typically it takes the postal service 1-4 weeks to deliver.

Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

 Incorrect Shipping Information

We kindly ask that you double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. Uncomfy Cherry cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information.

If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please email uncomfy.cherry@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before the package is shipped.

Delayed/Lost Orders

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the postal service from the tracking link immediately to file a claim. Please note that Uncomfy Cherry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to help with your claim.
