For you to have the best shopping experience is my top priority. I understand that sometimes you might need to make a return, I'll help you with that. However, we kindly ask you to consider the impact that returns can have on our small business. After all, I'm doing this all by myself in my little studio apartment. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely! I want you to be happy with your order and if there is any inconsistency, flaw or you simply changed your mind, please contact me for any return at uncomfy.cherry@gmail.com.

After getting the info on the return and a confirmation, please drop off your package at the post office within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note:

  • All returns are subject to an inspection. I reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the standards.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Commission items, Limited Edition, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • I am not responsible for items not purchased from Uncomfy Cherry but mistakenly returned to me.

Is everything returnable?

there are a few exceptions to the return policy:

  • Final Sale Items:
    Commission items, Limited Edition, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special Promotions:
    Items bought during special promotional events are eligible for returns, but only for store credit.

What if there is an issue with my order?

I want you to be happy with your order, I take great care in processing your orders, but sometimes mistakes can happen If you encounter any issues, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the issue. I'm committed to making things right, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, which can be issued as store credit or back to your original payment method, depending on your preference.

Please Note: Differences in color due to screen settings or lighting conditions are not considered as damage.
